Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
Our return policy lasts 30 days and starts from the date of receipt by you. The product will be eligible for return and refund when received by us in the same condition as issued and unused. All accessories issued with the product including any free add-on products must also be returned in the same condition.
Where there is only 4 days left of said period you will have 5 working days to return the unit/s to us once we have been notified. Units will not be liable for return outside of this period. Where a product has been either damaged or has software encryption it will not be eligible.

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@ur.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we will not cover any lost or damaged device costs the customer will incur and is liable for these costs.

Failure to do so will lead to a delay in the processing of your return and/or prevent it from being processed.
There may be occasions where a partial refund may be provided if your returned product does not meet these terms, or your return may be rejected and your device returned to you. These are evaluated on an order-by-order basis.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that unless faulty, refunds are subjected to a deduction of a re-stocking fee equivalent to 5% of the purchase price (minimum £15).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

I purchased a Galaxy S23 Ultra 512GB in Cream to upgrade and replace my previous phone Samsung A71, This new phone is has a bigger screen, more storage, newer One UI 6.1, 5G, 12GB Ram, much faster SnapDragon CPU, higher screen resolution, S-pen, The phone operation is super whizzy and the sound is far superior with Dolby Atmos. I used Samsung Smart Switch to back up my previous A71 which for a mid range phone is excellent and served me well and then restored all my data to my new S23 Ultra and after using the phone for a couple of days I am very impressed by the build quality and operation and endless options to explore, I have not tried the camera yet but will do soon. My experience with UR has been great from ordering my new phone to selling back my previous phone and ordering a returns pack so I can ship back my previous A71, After I restored my data to my new phone I performed a full phone/data reset on my previous phone then packed it up and took it to the Post Office to return it back to UR, well done UR. I hope my new phone lasts and serves me well but when the time comes again to replace my phone I will be heading back to UR. Thanks
